The Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Foundation is looking for volunteers to wrap gifts at its gift-wrap booth this holiday season. The booth is located inside the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls and is open Dec. 1 to 24 during all mall hours, including holiday hours.

The annual Electric Lights Parade is Saturday, Nov. 3, on Military Road from Fourth Avenue to Packard Road (at Kmart). This year, the parade team is looking to raise more than one ton of food to assist the families and individuals in need of food for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This food drive helps feed families that cannot make ends meet for the holidays.

Beginning Nov. 1, all seven area YMCA Buffalo Niagara Branches and YMCA Buffalo Niagara's corporate office will begin taking donations of non-perishable items for the Food Bank of WNY.
