ASI awards $122,500 to artists, arts groups in Erie & Niagara counties

Arts Services Initiative of Western New York has announced it will administer $122,5000 in New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Grants to artists and arts organizations for the production of 41 art projects in Erie and Niagara counties.

Not so fast: Morinello favors lowering Lewiston speed limit

New York State Assemblyman Angelo Morinello on Wednesday said he supports the Village of Lewiston's goal to lower the speed limit on Center Street to make the roadway more walkable. He contacted Niagara Frontier Publications to clear the air, in light of reports he received from Tuesday's Board of Trustees meeting.
