Halloween was all the rage Saturday in Lewiston, as children and families went trick-or-treating along Center Street and into DiMinos Tops, village businesses handed out candy, and the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce hosted a craft-making event.
Heck, even the dead came back to life.
That is to say, Lewiston Dance and Adell’s School of Dance partnered to present a “flash mob” performance of Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller.” Hennepin Park was packed, as people filled the corner of Center and South Fourth streets to catch the performance.
All told, the day was filled with events, sales, specials and surprises, thanks to the Chamber of Commerce and its subgroup, the Lewiston Business Group.
