Monday, June 22
•5000 block of Walmore Road, motor vehicle theft – Officer initiated. Patrols on scene, report taken.
•4000 block of Creek Road, LPD office, assist public – Officer initiated. Patrol reported a walk-in complaint with questions on a possible fraud.
•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations; two drivers cited with three UTTs issued for town court. Six warnings issued.
Tuesday, June 23
•500 block of Pletcher Road, damage to property – Caller reported a traffic camera was found cut and lying on the ground. Officers on scene. Report taken.
•300 block of Roosevelt Avenue, harassment – Caller reported an ongoing harassment issue with a neighbor. Patrols spoke with the parties and advised both to stay away from each other. Report filed.
•4000 block of Creek Road, LPD office, harassment – Officer initiated. Patrol reported a walk-in complaint regarding ongoing issues. Neighbor suspected of entering property without permission. Complainant advised to obtain survey of land to establish ownership of disputed property and install cameras.
•800 block of The Circle Drive, harassment – Caller reported a neighbor yelling over the fence – ongoing issue. Patrol advised complainant on the neighbor’s free speech privileges. Patrol to follow up with neighbor.
•200 block of Tuscarora Street, assist public – 911 caller reported a possible fraud on an apartment rental.
•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations; three drivers cited with UTTs issued for town court. Four warnings issued. Report taken.
Wednesday, June 24
•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious activity – 911 caller said a party in a neighboring apartment is pointing a gun toward the caller’s apartment. Officers responded. Report taken.
•5400 block of Military Road, damage to property – 911 caller said a dog jumped at a delivery driver’s vehicle and scratched the door. Officers responded. Report taken.
•2800 block of Upper Mountain Road, ordinance violation – Caller said a large amount of trash is creating an awful smell in neighborhood; ongoing problem. Patrol spoke with neighbor who was cooperative. No signs of burnt trash seen, just tree debris.
•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Eight drivers cited with UTTs issued for town court. Three warnings issued.
Thursday, June 25
•100 block of S. Third Street, assist public – Caller reported a boyfriend was using drugs and took her vehicle without permission. Caller said vehicle is shared with both parties; caller concerned about drug use. Patrol responded.
•S. Ninth/Cayuga streets, traffic complaint/investigation – Officer initiated. Downed stop sign found by patrol. Village DPW contacted for repair.
•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, warrant service – Officer initiated; no further information.
•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Ten drivers cited with 11 UTTs issued for town court. Reports taken. Five warnings issued.
Friday, June 26
•5700 block of Walmore Road, alarm burglary – Alarm provider reported a basement motion alarm was activated. Officers responded and report taken.
•800 block of Oriole Drive, harassment – Caller reported an older male threatened him and broke his cane after striking the caller’s vehicle. Patrol said caller then checked his vehicle, found no damage and wished to cancel call.
•1000 block of N. Brookside Drive, forgery – Caller reported getting a phone call stating that his vehicle was in an accident. Caller said he does not own the vehicle; complaint unfounded. Patrol responded.
•1200 block of Swann Road, traffic complaint/investigation – 911 caller reported a motorcycle was driving very fast. Patrol checked area with negative results.
•Creek/Swann roads, traffic complaint/investigation – Officer initiated. Caller reported a rental truck operating recklessly. Patrol checked area with negative results.
•5100 block of Bridgeman Road, forgery – Caller stated a subject attempted to open a credit card in caller’s name. Patrol responded and report taken.
•900 block of Oxbow Lane, noise complaint – Caller reported beeping noises from a box adjacent to a men’s restroom in a park. Patrol located an activated grinder pump. Audible alarm silenced and village DPW contacted.
•LPD patrol activity – Calls officer initiated. Vehicle/traffic stops for motor vehicle violations. Three drivers cited with UTTs issued for town court. Four warnings issued.
Saturday, June 27
•600 block of Sandlewood Drive, noise complaint – 911 caller said a large party in the area was keeping the dog awake. Officers responded; homeowner to lower music and party ending.
•100 block of Center Street, suspicious activity – 911 caller said an unknown party attempted to enter a garage. Subject rang doorbell and knocked loudly on door. Ongoing issue. Officers checked area with negative results. Caller advised to install cameras outside residence.
•5400 block of Walmore Road, harassment – Delivery driver reported being photographed while delivering packages and yelled at. Driver notified company of incident; no charges wished. Patrol advised the suspect he cannot threaten the delivery driver.
•5900 block of Hyde Park Boulevard, assist public (two responses) – 911 caller locked out of home by son; restraining order in effect. Son left residence and caller advised to recontact patrol. On second response, the son returned and now causing a disturbance. Patrol advised caller about protection order; son permitted to be at residence. Parties advised to stay away from each other.

Sunday, June 28
•400 block of east lane, noise complaint – Caller reported a large party in the backyard. Patrol advised homeowner to lower volume.
•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, MVA-injuries – 911 caller reported a male flipped an e-bike. Patrol found the driver attempted to open a beverage while driving, subject lost control of the vehicle and was ejected. Several abrasions sustained. Subject transported to ECMC by EMS responders. E-bike towed. Report taken.
