Children of all ages frolicked into Artpark on Saturday to partake in the 16th annual Fairy House Festival, themed “Under the Sea!” They wore their best and brightest wings, made potions, had their faces painted, and enjoyed the festive collaboration of nature, art, music and dancing.
Set in Artpark’s lower park, the Fairy House Festival was filled with hands-on art activities and featured a woodland tour of numerous fairy houses locally designed and built by professional artists, families and community groups.
Families delighted in dancing with bubbles, watching the magical and mythical creatures wonder the grounds, and taking part in tea times.
