Tops Friendly Markets press release
Tops Friendly Markets is proud to launch its annual Children's Miracle Network (CMN) campaign. The campaign will run at participating Tops Friendly Markets locations from June 14 through July 4.
Customers can help make miracles happen at their local women's and children's hospitals by purchasing a $1 Children's Miracle Network “Miracle Balloon” or rounding up their change at checkout. Every dollar raised stays local, helping provide life-saving treatments, advanced pediatric medical equipment, critical research, child life services, and financial assistance for families in the communities Tops serves.
For more than two decades, the generosity of Tops customers, associates and vendor partners has helped raise more than $14 million in support of the Children's Miracle Network.
"We are incredibly grateful for the healthcare professionals who make miracles happen every day for children and families in our communities," said Ron Ferri, president of Tops Friendly Markets. "Through this campaign, our customers and associates have the opportunity to support the local hospitals that provide extraordinary care when it matters most. Together, we can help ensure children receive the best possible care close to home."
Funds raised through the campaign will benefit the following local women's and children's hospitals:
√ Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital
√ Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo
√ The University of Vermont Children's Hospital
√ Arnot Ogden Medical Center
√ Saint Vincent Hospital
√ Maria Fareri Children's Hospital
√ Golisano Children's Hospital
√ Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital
√ Samaritan Medical Center
√ Geisinger Janet Weis Children's Hospital
Donations support life-saving treatments and healthcare services, groundbreaking research, pediatric medical equipment, and programs that help make hospital stays more comfortable for children and their families. Contributions also provide financial assistance for families facing medical challenges, ensuring more children have access to the care they need to thrive.
