The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists that Niagara Falls Boulevard (U.S. Route 62) northbound, in front of Delta Sonic Car Wash, in the City of Niagara Falls, will be reduced to a single lane with traffic shifted to the center turn lane for approximately two weeks, beginning Monday, June 15, to replace the existing asphalt roadway with concrete. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
Lane closures on South Transit Road in Erie and Niagara counties
NYSDOT is advising motorists that South Transit Road (Route 78) will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Dorchester Road in the Town of Lockport and the Millersport Highway (Route 263) ramp in the Town of Amherst, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly, beginning Monday night, June 15, through Saturday morning, June 20, to facilitate a resurfacing project. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternate routes when possible.
