On Sunday, June 14, the Friends of the Lewiston Public Library are sponsoring a “round-up” event at Syros Restaurant to support the Lewiston Public Library.
Libraries are an essential part of communities for creating a haven of education and inspiration and opening our eyes to the world through books and publications.
The Lewiston Library wouldn't exist as it is today without membership support from Friends of the Lewiston Public Library, a donor membership group of generous people from across our Lewiston community.
Friends of the Lewiston Library are partnering with Syros Restaurant a to offer a “round-up” day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 14, where Syros patrons may round-up or donate at checkout to The Friends of the Library.
Donations to the Friends help to preserve, support and assist in the development of programs for the extension and improvement of library services to adequately serve the needs of the Lewiston community.
