The final installment for the 2025-26 concert series at Youngstown Presbyterian Church will be a performance by the Buffalo Silver Band at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 13, in the courtyard of Youngstown Presbyterian, 100 Church St. The theme is "Beatles and Beyond and God Bless America.”
The BSB is an award-winning, traditional English brass band comprised of musicians from many professions and generations. The concert will include plenty of well-known songs from the ’60s and ’70s, with music by such artists as the Moody Blues, Petula Clark, and the Beatles and their contemporaries. There will also be some “big band” jazz numbers from the 1940s and, of course, patriotic songs in tribute to the U.S. for its 250th anniversary year.
The courtyard is on the west side of the church, facing Main Street. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own comfortable lawn chairs, but some folding chairs will be available.
Because of major work being done on the driveway and parking lot of the church, only street parking will be available for this event.
