Come one, come all to a good, old-fashioned Easter egg hunt to be held at Fort Niagara State Park at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19. Sponsored annually by the Youngstown Lions Club, this year’s event once again invites all local children ages 1 through 10 to bring their Easter baskets for a delightful time searching for Easter surprises from the Easter Bunny and Youngstown Lion. Candy will be provided to all children participating in the hunt.
Parents or guardians should accompany their children to/from and during the event. Early arrival is heartily suggested since the area will be divided into different sections based on age groups. Once the event starts, it is over rather quickly due to the children's fast response and exuberance.
This colorful, fun-filled event is free of charge in appreciation for community support throughout the year at other YLC charitable fundraising events.
