The City of North Tonawanda officially recognized retired Department of Public Works Superintendent Mark Zellner with a proclamation honoring his 36 years of dedicated service to the city. The presentation took place during his retirement celebration.
Zellner began serving as superintendent of the department in April 2018. He officially retired at the end of March.
