Assemblyman Angelo Morinello was elected president of the New York Conference of Italian-American State Legislators for a two-year term, marking a significant achievement in his commitment to celebrating and preserving Italian heritage.
The New York Conference of Italian-American State Legislators is a bipartisan organization dedicated to promoting Italian history, culture and traditions while advocating for policies that support the Italian-American community.
As president, Morinello will play a leading role in expanding scholarship opportunities, strengthening cultural programs, and ensuring that the rich contributions of Italian-Americans are recognized and honored throughout New York state.
“I am deeply honored to serve as president of the New York Conference of Italian-American State Legislators,” Morinello said. “Our Italian heritage is built on values of family, hard work and tradition, and I look forward to continuing our mission of promoting these ideals while supporting the next generation of Italian-American leaders.”
