Lewiston Garden Club Press Release & Photos
The Lewiston Garden Club met in January and had an informative presentation from John Farfaglia from the Cornell Cooperative Extension-Niagara County. The topic was “Good Bugs versus Bad Bugs.” Members Peggy Hassey and Elizabeth Campbell provided bug-themed refreshments.
The next meeting will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 24 at the Red Brick Municipal Building gymnasium at 145 N. Fourth St. A business meeting will be followed by a terrarium building workshop presented by Hannah Brant, owner of The Plant Shack. Interested individuals can obtain more information at lewistongardenfest.com.
Future club events include the perennial sale on May 17 and Lewiston GardenFest on June 21-22.
