Applications for phase 42 of the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) are now open. This federally funded program, managed locally by the United Way of Greater Niagara, supports housing and food assistance programs throughout Niagara County. For more information on the program's history and administration, visit www.uwgn.org/efsp.
