Women United of Greater Niagara hosts hygiene drive to support Mental Health Association

Women United of Greater Niagara recently concluded a highly successful hygiene drive, benefitting the Mental Health Association in Niagara County. The initiative, driven by community generosity and collaboration, provided personal care products and essential hygiene items to individuals and families served by the Mental Health Association, promoting dignity, wellness, and access to mental health resources.

Donated items will directly support programs that empower individuals facing mental health challenges.

The hygiene drive highlights the ongoing commitment of Women United to address critical needs within the community while fostering awareness and support for mental health initiatives.

“We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to this drive,” said Joanne Beaton, president of Women United of Greater Niagara. “Together, we have made a meaningful impact in the lives of those served by the Mental Health Association in Niagara County. By addressing basic needs, we hope to remove barriers to mental health care and create a stronger, healthier community.”
