Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center Press Release and Photo
Families in the Niagara Falls community came together last Friday for a festive holiday celebration at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's P3 Center during the third annual “Selfies with Santa” event. Held on the third floor of the Hodge Building in the Mary C. Dyster Women’s Pavilion, the event brought holiday cheer to local families with a day of fun, creativity, and community spirit.
The P3 Center staff led attendees through activities, including photos with Santa, storytime, holiday crafts, and snacks. The event, designed to engage and celebrate families in the community, continues to grow in popularity each year, highlighting the P3 Center’s role as a vital resource for perinatal and infant health.
The P3 Center is NFMMC’s innovative perinatal and infant community health initiative. It provides critical support to mothers and families through community health worker services, funded by the New York State Department of Health Perinatal & Infant Community Health Collaboratives grant, and community-based doula services.
As part of NFMMC’s ongoing commitment to improving health outcomes for families in the region, the P3 Center is essential in offering education, guidance and resources to expecting and new parents. Events like “Selfies with Santa” highlight the center’s dedication to fostering a strong sense of community while supporting the well-being of families across Niagara Falls.
