Press Release
The Cheektowaga Historical Association has purchased Keith Gregor’s Music Mall at 3350 Broadway, across the street from its current museum next to Cheektowaga Town Hall and in front of the Cheektowaga Senior Center.
Over time, the building will be remodeled into a 20,000-square-foot local museum, with three floors of exhibits. There will be rooms dedicated to different aspects of the community and local government departments.
A Nov. 24 concert will raise funds to replace the roof and provide the seed money for two music history rooms that will be included in the museum. The event runs from 5-10 p.m. at The Stage, 8166 Main St., Williamsville.
Seven of the top bands in WNY will be performing, along with solo/acoustic sets by members of classic area bands. There will be a huge basket raffle, plus a separate raffle of signed guitars and other high-value items.
Advance sale tickets, at $10 each, are available at the Cheektowaga History Museum.
