On behalf of the Friends of the Youngstown Library and the Lewiston Service Guild, thank you to all who made our jubilee tea event a wonderful, successful day. The Youngstown Presbyterian Church was filled to capacity with high tea hats, baskets and, of course, a wonderful luncheon catered by Three Little Hens.
We would especially like to thank the following vendors and businesses who donated to our jubilee tea: Village Bake Shoppe, Inspirations on Canvas, Apple Granny, Spicey Pickle, R&D Research, Antique to Chic, Stuart Sports, Queen B’s Cottage, Sgt. Pepper’s Hot Sauces Etc., 3 Sisters Garlic and Oil’s, Brickyard Pub & BBQ, Gallo Coal Fire Pizza, The Roaming Table, Baker Farms, Heart, Love & Soul, Hibbard Liquors, Vera Bradley – Fashion Outlets, Salon Jule, Syros, Center for Renewal, Organique, Sister and Brother, Everything Youngstown, Happy Tails of Niagara LLC, and Orion Limited.
Along with our generous community partners, we’d like to acknowledge our sponsors who, through their financial donations, allowed us to host this event: Anthony DiMino – DiMino’s Lewiston Tops, Niagara County Legislators Becky Wydysh and Irene Meyers, Assemblyman Angelo Morinello, Modern Disposal, MJ Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel, Joseph Priest, and Stephan and Karen Lyle.
Of course, an event like this cannot happen without the help of the various members of the Youngstown Friends of the Library, Lewiston Service Guild, and Boy Scout Troop 829.
Mark your calendar for next year – Saturday, Oct. 4. Thank you to everyone who supported our organizations by buying a ticket and enjoying afternoon tea with us.
