“The Taylor Swift Experience” led by Cami Clune and the Fringe, will kick off the Cardinal O’Hara High School Alumni Association’s 2024-25 concert series.
Clune, a semifinalist from season 19 of NBC’s “The Voice,” and her band, The Fringe, have developed the Taylor Swift tribute show that will be on stage Nov. 22 at the Performing Arts Center at O’Hara.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. followed at 7 p.m. by the show.
Clune, who recently sang the Canadian and American national anthems at KeyBank Center prior to a Buffalo Sabres game, calls herself “A big fan of Taylor Swift.”
Clune said that, after she and her band attended Swift’s “Eras” tour in Pittsburgh, they decided to add her music to their normal sets, eventually launching “The Taylor Swift Experience.”
“Listening to Taylor has inspired my songwriting. I have definitely been very inspired by the way she writes,” Clune said.
Writing, recording and performing original songs led Clune to her first single to be released, “Rewind,” which will be followed by “summer fantasy.”
Tickets to the show are $25, available by visiting www.cardinalohara.com or emailing [email protected].
Proceeds from the concert will benefit building renovations and the Alumni Scholarship Fund.
The show is open to the public.
