This year, Project HOPE volunteers lent a hand to 87-year-old Jerry Dickerson and wife, Pat, on 3214 Lockport Road, Wheatfield. Painters Plus and team supplied the paint, labor, materials, and painted the entire exterior of the home free of charge.

Jerry is still active and currently works for the Town of Wheatfield Parks Department. The couple's home had been in need of exterior painting for quite some time.

Organizers said, “We couldn’t think of a more deserving couple than the Dickersons!”

To date, Painters Plus has donated over $115,000 worth of free paint jobs to families in need in the local community. (Photos courtesy of Jesse Gooch)
