The final “Thursdays on the Water” concert event wrapped up Aug. 31. Organizers teamed up with Boy Scout and Cub Scout Pack 824 out of Sanborn. The Scouts helped park vehicles and collected donations for their efforts throughout the year. Event founder Jesse Gooch recently presented a check in the amount of $5,058 check to the Scouts.
