Written by Williams alongside Ed Cash and Jonathan Smith and produced by Red Street CEO and Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus, “God Can Use a Broken Man” has been on the hearts of both Williams and Crabb since its conception in 2018. While undeniably moving with every live performance delivered through Crabb’s powerhouse vocals, Williams shares how special the song has been since the day he penned it with Cash and Smith. He explained how the brokenness of his past and God’s redemption inspired this track.
“It’s really cool to see God show up over and over in my life and take (that) brokenness and turn it into something he can use for his glory,” Crabb said. “It’s incredible to get to do this song with Jason and Trace and to see what God does with it in the future.”
