Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman announced Gregory M. Pearson, age 34, of Niagara Falls, was sentenced in County Court to spend the next 50 years to life in State Prison for his conviction on multiple counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, which he committed in Niagara Falls in the years 2017 through 2021. County Court Judge Caroline Wojtaszek imposed the maximum sentence on Pearson, who was convicted after trial of the offenses.
“This sentence is exactly what this defendant deserves and ensures he will never harm another child,” Seaman said.
The case was investigated by the Niagara Falls Police Department and prosecuted by assistant district attorneys Rob Zucco and Liesel Marcantonio of the special victims unit.
