Niagara Falls fire investigators and police detectives are investigating a fatal fire on Orleans Avenue that occurred Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were dispatched to a structure fire at 3054 Orleans Ave., at 8:59 a.m. Upon arrival, smoke was coming from the residence. The fire was contained within 10 minutes of arrival.
A victim was discovered in the back bedroom of the home. The victim’s identity is being withheld.
The investigation of the cause of the fire is ongoing.
