The annual chicken barbecue at St. Martin-in-the Fields Church is scheduled for 3-7 p.m. Saturday at 2587 Baseline Road. The event will feature a basket raffle, face painting and balloon animals.
Visitors will get a complete chicken dinner, including sides, a beverage and desserts. They can eat in the pavilion behind the church, or they can pick up food at the drive-thru in front of the church. Credit cards will be accepted for payment, along with cash. Veterans will be served free meals.
The church will also be open for viewing baskets from 4-7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
