Old Falls Street USA is the three-block cobblestone street that connects Niagara Falls State Park with the Niagara Falls Convention Center. The area serves as an entertainment district for residents and visitors, featuring food vendors, festivals, concerts and family-friendly activities.
Summer is the prime season to enjoy all there is to do in Niagara Falls, and Old Falls Street USA is launching a full season of activities that appeal to a variety of age groups and interests.
The fun kicks off Memorial Day weekend with a street festival from 5 p.m. Friday, May 24, to 6 p.m. Monday, May 27. The event will feature food vendors, music and other live entertainment.
The Friday night concert series begins at 5 p.m. and will run from June 28 through Aug. 30. Every Saturday, from June 29 to Aug. 24, will feature special events. Several popular events will return on Saturdays, including Rainbow City Pride on June 29, “Christmas in July” on July 20; and “Poochella Dog Day” on Aug. 24. There will be new events introduced on Saturdays, as well, including a book fair on Aug. 3, and a “Taste of Culture” on Aug. 10.
