The Lewiston Choraleers will present its annual holiday concert series at four area church sites. The series will include a performance on Saturday, Dec. 2, at St. Peter’s Church, to coincide with the annual Lewiston Christmas Walk sponsored by the Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce.
The full performance schedule is as follows:
√ Saturday, Dec. 2, 1 p.m., St. Peter's R.C. Church, 620 Center St., Lewiston
√ Sunday, Dec. 3, 2 p.m., Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 4671 Townline Road, Ransomville
√ Saturday, Dec. 9, 1 p.m., St. John de LaSalle R.C. Church, 8477 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls
√ Sunday, Dec. 10, 2 p.m., Messiah Lutheran Church, 915 Oneida St., Lewiston
A press release stated, “The family-friendly program will feature an eclectic mix of traditional, contemporary, ethnic and international holiday music. The 50-member community chorus will be directed by Brad Wingert and accompanied by pianist Lynda Williams. All performances are open to the public, with a general admission fee of $5 (children 12 and under admitted free).”
The Lewiston Choraleers have been presenting seasonal concerts in the Niagara Falls-Lewiston area since being formed in 2007. A variety of videos and a list of scheduled performances are available at www.lewistonchoraleers.com and on Facebook.
