The Niagara County Department of Public Works announced KHEOPS Architecture, Engineering & Survey, DPC, will perform land surveying for a future infrastructure improvement project along Upper Mountain Road, between Lockport Junction Road and Route 31. Survey crews may be present any time between now and Nov. 30 during normal weekday business hours.
Niagara County DPW Deputy Commissioner Norm Allen said the objective of the survey is to map existing conditions, and does not imply proposed changes to anyone’s property. However, in order to conduct the land survey, KHEOPS personnel may be in front of people’s property and/or near the front of their home.
Those with questions regarding details of the infrastructure project can contact the Niagara County DPW at 716-439-7250.
KHEOPS is a subcontractor of C&S Engineers who Niagara County contracted with to design this project.
