Yesterday evening at approximately 6:45 p.m., Niagara Falls Police responded to the rear of LaSalle Preparatory School for the report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from stab a wound to his back and arm. The victim was transported by ambulance to John R. Oishei Children's Hospital of Buffalo for treatment.
A 15-year-old male was taken into custody and charged with assault in the second degree. Due to his age, his case will be handled in Family Court.
