The Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 1411 is hosting a basket raffle and 15th annual veterans appreciation picnic on June 10 as a “Thank you” to veterans and their families. The event will take place at the Eagles Club, 7269 Ward Road, North Tonawanda.
Basket raffle tickets will be sold from 1-4:15 p.m. Winners will be drawn promptly at 4:30 p.m.
Organizers said, “If you are able to donate baskets, gift cards and/or cash donations to be used for their raffle, please contact Mark Plotner, vice president of the Eagles, at [email protected], for pick-up of your donations. All money raised will be used to benefit our veterans. Everyone is welcome to attend the basket raffle.”
