Celebrated watercolorist Manning McCandlish will explain technique of painting “en plein air” at the May meeting of the Niagara Arts Guild. The event, held at the Dale Association on Friday, May 12, will feature equipment and technique for painting outdoors this summer.
As a follow-up, the Niagara Arts Guild will schedule an outdoor event for June for interested artists, led by McCandlish.
All artists and art lovers are welcome to attend the meeting, starting at 7 p.m., at the Dale, 33 Ontario St., Lockport. Refreshments will be provided.
