In collaboration with Catholic Charities
In a collaboration with Catholic Charities, the Western New York Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will hold a forum about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia for Niagara County residents from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at the Catholic Charities office at 625 Tronolone Place in Niagara Falls.
“No individual or family should navigate the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease alone,” said Courtney Sipes, director of community engagement for the WNY Chapter. “This forum is an opportunity to bring together community members affected by the disease, and dedicated staff and volunteers, to talk about resources, programs and services available to them.”
The event is free and lunch will be provided. Interested individuals are encouraged to register as soon as possible at bit.ly/NiagaraFallsForum2023 or by calling 800-272-3900.
The forum is funded in part through a grant from Foundation 214 Inc., a family-funded foundation engaged in serving veterans of the U.S. military, children and elderly in health care and education within the eight counties of Western New York.
