Niagara County’s WorkSourceOne – focused on employment, reemployment and recruitment assistance – today reminded residents that it operates a “clothes closet” full of free professional clothing to help jobseekers with interview preparation and career wear.
“Our clothes closet program has hundreds of items for women and men that can help those seeking employment put together professional outfits,” said Don Jablonski, head of Niagara County Department of Employment and Training. “We all know that first impressions matter, and we do not want to see talented women and men fail to pursue a job opportunity because they are worried about being able to afford professional attire.”
The Clothes Closet is located at WorkSourceOne in the Trott Access Center, 1001 11th St., Niagara Falls. It is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
“We are always looking for donations to the Clothes Closet so, if you have professional attire that you would like to donate, please contact us at 716-278-8108,” Jablonski said.
