Beginning today, William Mattar law offices kicks off its “William Mattar Safe Ride Home 4 the Holidays” campaign.

A press release said, “Throughout the month of December, the team at William Mattar P.C. have been shining a light on National Impaired Driving Awareness Month. To help people celebrate smart on New Year’s Eve, William Mattar, P.C. will be giving away Uber ride discount vouchers to the first eligible 1,000 people who register.”

Mattar said, "Sadly, the time of the year between Christmas and New Year’s Day has become one of the deadliest and most dangerous times on America’s roadways due to an increase in impaired driving. Our hope is that, by running an Uber ride discount voucher giveaway, we will encourage people to create a safe travelling plan for their New Year’s Eve celebrations."

This promotion will end at 12:01 p.m. Dec. 29, or upon email distribution of 1,000 Uber ride vouchers (each with a $20 redemption value) to valid registrants – whichever occurs first. Recipients must be a New York state resident and 21 years of age or older to register.
