Sweet Buffalo, WNY Property Kings, Stand Out Marketing team to bring Rocky the Sweet Buffalo Elf to children

Christmas is a time for giving, and that’s why Sweet Buffalo teamed up with WNY Property Kings and Stand Out Marketing to bring smiles to children who need it most around the holidays – and it comes in the form of a giant elf!

Rocky the Sweet Buffalo Elf (lovingly named after Sweet Buffalo Rocks, our nonprofit that brings smiles to children) visited children in Western New York who needed a smile before Christmas. Rocky traveled the distance of Sanborn all the way to Holland.

Families were asked to submit their child’s story on SweetBuffalo716.com for a chance for Rocky to visit their home and bring a present to their child to make them smile.

Eight families were visited, and the children were so happy when Rocky had a snowball fight with them and made snow angels. Each child received presents, too, thanks to Rocky!

This is all made possible by WNY Property Kings (the business that hosts the Niagara Nightmares haunted house in Sanborn) and Stand Out Marketing, who this year transformed Sweet Buffalo’s website with a beautiful new look that really showcased our mission and what we aim to do in telling stories that make a difference in Western New York.

Together, we help children facing hardship, children battling illness, and children who are bullied, to let them know they are cared about and loved!

Rocky is also helping another nonprofit called Making Memories That Last Forever give out gifts at Roswell to those who are battling cancer.
