Independent Living of Niagara County is a member of the Western New York Independent Living family of agencies that offers an array of services to aid individuals with disabilities to “take control of their own lives.”

The organization stated, “In order to support the ongoing efforts of Independent Living of Niagara County (ILNC) to assist their consumers with disabilities to improve the quality of their lives and live more independently, Diane Lanzo, the mother of prior agency Director Sarah Lanzo, has made a homemade quilt that will be raffled off.”

Those interested can inspect the quilt at the ILNC offices during business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays; or use the option on the agency webpage, www.ILNC.org. Click on the line “Tickets are $2 each or six for $10” under the quilt picture, and make a tax-deductible donation when purchasing a ticket.

A drawing will be held Friday, Sept. 30.
