Beechwood Continuing Care, located at 2235 Millersport Highway (corner of North Forest), announced that, after a two-year hiatus, it will bring back its annual car cruise. The event is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 29.

This event that started back in 2005 at the “Root Beer Float Car Cruise,” and is one of the longest-running car cruises in the area, has been renamed “Wheels on Wednesday.”

This is a free event for the community and includes live music with Rockin’ Robin, children’s games and activities – including face painting, balloon animals and costumed characters – a cookout with free hot dogs (thanks to Sahlen’s) and Perry’s ice cream treats.
