Rose L. (nee Travis) Frentzel of Buffalo passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 25, 2022, at the age of 95.
The beloved wife of the late Ernest J. Frentzel, she was the dear daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Travis, and dear sister of the late June and the late Harold “Skip” Travis (Sally). She is the loving mother of Michael (Janis), Mark (Patricia) and Rosemarie (Thomas) Mescall; adored grandmother of Michael, Lee, John, Justin, Alison and Lauren; and cherished great-grandmother of Camille, Declan, Danica, Quinn, Harper and James; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Rose was a lifelong resident of South Buffalo, living independently in her home until her passing. She was a teacher aide for the Buffalo Public School system for over 30 years.
A memorial service for friends and relatives took place June 3 at the Lombardo Funeral Home, Southtowns Chapel, Orchard Park, where a funeral service followed. Private interment in Hillcrest Cemetery
