Edward George Foley II entered into rest on March 28, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Alene Vincent Foley; devoted father to Cole; loving son to the late Edward George Foley and Carol McKay; and survived by a dear sister, Lisa Mediak, and a niece, Lilli Mediak.
Ed was an outgoing, fun man with a smile that could light up a room. He retired from Republic as a heavy equipment operator. Ed played hockey as a young boy and continued the sport with his son, Cole. In the last many years, he coached for Niagara Junior Purple Eagles and loved the supportive friendships developed there.
After a lengthy illness, Ed died peacefully surrounded by family and close friends. His life will be celebrated intimately at a later date.
