Dr. Robert J. Perelli, CJM, of The Center for Family Systems Theory of WNY, will present on " ‘Thinking Systems’ about Equity in a Family or Private Business." Organizers said, “When a family business fails to implement an ethic of equity, that enterprise risks dissension, litigation and significant damage to the bottom line. But, when a family enterprise becomes dysfunctional because of favoritism, bias, injustice or discrimination, family systems theory can rebalance the system, improve relationships and create an environment for success.”

Attendees are asked to RSVP by March 31, as seating is limited.
