Artpark announces 'An Evening With Goose'

June 8; tickets go in sale Feb. 25

The jam band Goose will perform at the Artpark Amphitheater at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 8. Tickets will be on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday, Feb. 25. The concert is presented by Artpark and Funtime.

Goose is Rick Mitarotonda (vocals, guitar), Peter Anspach (vocals, keys, guitar), Trevor Weekz (bass), Ben Atkind (drums) and Jeff Arevalo (vocals, percussion, drums). The group, its team noted, “fluidly traverses genres with head-spinning hooks, technical fireworks, and the kind of chemistry only possible among small town and longtime friends.”

Following 2016’s “moon cabin,” the Connecticut quintet quietly took flight, playing myriad shows during their ascent, while slowly and steadily amassing a nationwide following.

Tickets for Goose are $41.50 in advance, or $49 day of show. Carry-in chairs are not permitted for this performance. Purchase online at ticketmaster.com. The Artpark box office will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 25 at 450 S. Fourth St., Lewiston.
