In honor of Black History Month, Tops presents The African American Center for Cultural Development with $1,000 in Tops gift cards.

The mission of the center is to value, promote and integrate the rich and diverse history and culture of the Southern Tier Region of New York state through the celebration of the talents, lives and history of the African Americans in the region.

“I’m incredibly grateful to Tops – for their generosity, the donation, and having the display up for all of Black History Month and for their continuous support,” said Della Moore, founder and director of the African American Center for Cultural Development in Olean.
