The Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign is a staple of the holiday giving season at Tops Friendly Markets. Just dropping a few pennies into the kettle will help make a huge impact. In fact, the partnership between Tops and The Salvation Army has spanned more than 30 years and has helped the organization raise over $920,000.

The Salvation Army exists to meet human need wherever, whenever, and however they can, and we are proud to help them continue to fulfil their mission by welcoming its bell ringers to our Tops lobbies throughout the holiday season.

Since our partnership began, we have helped the Salvation Army raise nearly $1 million for its valuable programs and services. Even last year when the kettles went to a scanable format due to COVID-19 restrictions and its familiar bell ringers were silenced, our shoppers continued to support the cause helping to raise over $100,000.

Help us to continue to raise awareness and much-needed funding for those in our community this holiday season when you hear that familiar bell ring proudly in our vestibules across Western New York. A little jingle goes a long way.

Caring for the community we all call home is something we at Tops take great pride in. For almost 60 years, our team has been on the front lines working with you to give back to our fellow neighbors in need, and we want you to know we will continue to be the neighbor you can always count on no matter the season.

Tops Markets is headquartered in Williamsville and operates 157 full-service supermarkets with five additional franchise stores. It is the largest private, for-profit employer in Western New York. For more information, visit www.topsmarkets.com.
