The culinary arts classes of Lisa Cook and Caitlin Kucharski at the Niagara Career and Technical Education Center helped out the Lockport Salvation Army for its Thanksgiving meal.
“We cooked about 500 pounds of turkey; made an insane amount of stuffing and gravy,” Kucharski said.
“Our students love helping out in the community,” Cook said. “It’s nice to know we are helping others have a nice Thanksgiving.”
