Event will highlight community wellness, healthy neighborhoods and early intervention programs, plus Erie County’s Department of Social Services
Representatives from the Erie County Department of Health will be stationed at the “Welloween” Halloween family health fair at Explore & More in Buffalo from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23.
Activities will focus on disability awareness and resources for families, all with a Halloween theme. Costumes welcome! Featured Erie County programs include Erie County Department of Health’s community wellness, healthy neighborhoods and early intervention services, and the Erie County Department of Social Services.
EPIC (Every Parent Influences Children), Best Self Behavioral Health, Kaleida Health, Catholic Charities, Parent Network of Western New York, and Buffalo EOC are also scheduled to participate in this event.
Admission is “pay what you can,” with tickets available at exploreandmore.org. This event is supported by WellNow Urgent Care and EC200, the Erie County Bicentennial Committee.
