Niagara Hospice holds remembrance event at Transit Drive-In

Niagara Hospice recently held a remembrance celebration event at the Transit Drive-In in Lockport. Nearly 200 Niagara County family members attended to honor loved ones who died under hospice care during the past year.

The HomeCare Partners is a management support company providing administrative services for Niagara Hospice, Liberty Home Care and Kalos Health.

Since 1988, Niagara Hospice has provided expert end-of-life care and caregiver relief to more than 28,000 Niagara County families facing a terminal illness. Founded in 2001, Liberty Home Care is a leading state-licensed home care agency specializing in supporting managed health care organizations throughout Western New York. The organization provides services to individuals with a variety of medical needs, including consumer-directed personal assistance services (CDPAS) and personal care aides (PCAs).
