DEC taking comments on Military Road brownfield site

The New York Department of Environmental Conservation is taking public commentary on a proposed remedy to address contamination related to the 4435-4435 Military Road brownfield site, No. C932174, also known as the former Military Road School in the Town of Niagara.

DEC will be accepting public comments on the New York Brownfield Cleanup Program project found at https://www.dec.ny.gov/data/der/factsheet/c932174cuprop.pdf. Comments will be accepted through Sept. 18.
