The Buffalo Sabres recently announced the team will stream its “Blue & Gold Scrimmage” at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4. The stream, presented by BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, will be available on www.Sabres.com and on the Sabres’ Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The game will consist of three 20-minute periods and will be the fans’ first chance to see some of the newest Sabres take the ice for their first game action. Sabres broadcasters Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray will have the call of the game. Brian Duff and Martin Biron will join them throughout the broadcast.
The scrimmage is the team’s first of two scrimmages during training camp, leading up to the team’s season-opening contests against the Washington Capitals on Jan. 14 and 15 at KeyBank Center.
