The Erie County Agricultural Society announced that the Western New York Farm Show, which was scheduled to be held Jan. 28-30, 2021, is canceled.

The annual Farm Show has a long tradition of educating farmers from the Western New York region about current developments in agricultural products and technology.

“The event typically draws vendors from across New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Given the continually changing travel restrictions attributable to the pandemic, and current gathering limits, we simply do not believe it is possible to plan to hold the event in early 2021,” said Jessica Underberg, CEO of the Erie County Agricultural Society.

The ECAS is a private, not-for-profit membership organization. Established in 1819, the society is the oldest civic organization in Western New York. The mission of the Erie County Agricultural Society, sponsors of the WNY Farm Show and Erie County Fair, is to preserve and enhance, by educational endeavors, the agricultural and historical legacy of New York.
