Southpointe presentation on Town Board agenda

An informational meeting regarding the proposed Southpointe development will take place during the Grand Island Town Board meeting at 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19. The developer with the Southpointe project will give a presentation. There will be no Q&A at this presentation, the Town Board reports.

Southpointe is a 284-acre residential development bounded by Staley, Baseline and Love roads and the South State Parkway.

The meeting will be held in the Grand Island Town Hall First Floor Conference Room, 2255 Baseline Road.
